Kate Aldrich, MSN, CNPKate Aldrich is one of Healthy Steps' bariatric clinical coordinators. She has over 8 years experience as a nurse practitioner and over 30 years of nursing experience in management and critical care. She holds a master's degree in nursing from University California at San Francisco and is also a clinical nurse specialist as well as a nurse practitioner. She will complete her PhD in nursing at the end of 2008 from UCSF. Kate brings to Healthy Steps Weight Loss Center a vastly enhanced level of comprehensive care, from patient education to postoperative hospital and outpatient management. When not working, Kate enjoys hiking, gardening, bicycling, camping and playing with her husband and their dogs. Annie, a chocolate lab mix, was an award winner in the 2008 Sonoma County Fair "Splash Dogs" competition. |
